The Zeiser Room is a loft apartment above Exchange Christchurch (XCHC), a creative hub located in The Old Pickle Factory close to the Christchurch CBD; ideal for visiting artists and adventurous visitors that are keen for an experience.

XCHC hosts regular exhibitions and creative events to connect people with the local community, culture, or their own creative ideas. The cafe team and artists in the studios love sharing facts about their alternative approach to business, community building, creative work, and play, making it an exciting place to stay and meet new people.

The upstairs apartment includes a private bedroom with en-suite, private entrance, parking spot, full kitchen and lounge area with desk-space, and free and unlimited wifi. The loft has art from all over the world and you’ll find local products throughout. The cafe team also use the kitchen to bake in the mornings leaving the loft smelling amazing.
